Hey there — I’m Olivia Yost, or OYO for short. I’m a Metro East girl, born and raised, with a passion for exploring the world and heart for people, a love of all things (or, most things)real estate and a life that’s been SO worth living!
I set out for a career in sports broadcasting after graduating from Mizzou with a degree in Broadcast Journalism — MIZZOU MAFIA, what’s up! — and a minor in Spanish. But like many of us, the pandemic changed that trajectory. What found on the other side of this pivot was something even better: a fulfilling career in real estate, where I get to blend my passions of communication, storytelling, connection and travel — all while working toward my ‘Life by Design’ thanks to our fantastic Team.
Today, I work alongside my mom and mentor, Julie Jones-Kloeckner, and a resilient group of 10 incredible women assembling the powerhouse Team that is JJK Home Network. We’re a Team that’s as driven and set on achieving excellence as we are down-to-earth; Handling anything you may need from buying and selling, to renting, investing and property management across the Metro East. I’m equipped to specialize in Military Relocation and take great pride in working closely with our service members — especially since their boots can’t always be on our ground.
As our Team’s Referral Liaison, I also maintain a network of trusted agents nationwide to ensure no matter where you’re heading to or departing from, we’ll get you connected and ready!
As a proud Marine Corps Veteran spouse, my husband Christopher and I know what it’s like to be there for our chosen family as they pick up, move, start over — and strive to create ‘home’ again and again. This is why I show up for all of our clients the way I do —with perspective, purpose and passion. Whether you’re buying your first home or your tenth, PCSing across the country, investing or maybe just starting to wonder what the world of Real Estate has to offer… I’ve got you.
When not negotiating or running between appointments, you’ll probably find me snuggled up with my hubby and our fur babies — Amara Gene Jubilee (the sassiest heeler pup) and Brucifer (the weirdest but best cat) — or spending a cozy night in with my girl group. In warmer months, we’re out chasing live music wherever we can find it (our taste is chaotic but good; we can chat about it when we meet), planning our next getaway or yelling at the TV during a Blues game.
Work hard, play harder – And I promise, I work very hard. I’m a firm believer that life’s too short not to love what you do — and I’m blessed each morning, waking up, knowing I’m getting to serve others while falling more and more in love with life!
